Job Requirements are as follows:

Pull concepts with Project Manager and Principle for interior architecture, FF&E and materials

Able to develop a set of documents from concept to completion including layouts and interior architecture

Know what is “Hot” internationally and constantly follows the trades looking for emerging trends and fresh ideas

Thoroughly understand construction methods, understand and produce high quality millwork and cabinet sections and details appropriate to the project

Expert knowledge of installation methods, finishes, fabrication and install

Work quickly, effectively and within project timelines

Work well in a team setting, keep team informed of new ideas, inspirations, conduct roundtable discussions of ideas with team, and build consensus for final implementation

Expert CAD skills

Aid in producing CD and specifications packages and budgets; custom furniture drawing, custom lighting, custom carpets and fabric, elevations, RCP and details

Possess well developed visualization skills and able to convey intent of ideas easily and quickly, both verbally and visually

Track and respond to Requests for Information

Communicate through well composed letters and correspondence with clients and stakeholders

Can pull appropriate concept packages of color and materials — support mid-level and senior design staff in selections

Maintain billable hour level on a weekly basis; communicate any deviance with Project Manager
