Description: Successful candidates will work onsite at customer location for providing tier II support for their DSLAM product, which is deployed in the Wireline VoIP settings. The tier II support will also work on testing and learning the system when they are not working on customer issues.
Years of relevant experience: 2-3 Years applicable experience on supporting and/or testing DSLAMs products. Good technical experience and skills in xDSL Technology, understanding of Network Interfaces, topologies, QoS (Priority Queuing (IEEE 802.1p) SNMP, and Client Server Architecture
