The Miami Herald is reporting that Multiply, a social networking site founded in 2003, has received an infusion of over $16 Million in venture capital. The former chairman of Intermix Media, formerly the owners of MySpace.com, has joined the board of Multiply as well. A former co-founder of LinkedIn, Lee Howser, has also joined the board of Multiply.
