When we started IntegriSource, Inc years ago, we were faced with a simple, yet complex question; what type of staffing solutions will we provide? On the surface, it is a straight forward question, but the answer to the question is where it gets more complex. The quick answer was contract staff augmentation. That sounded good, but then you quickly realize that it doesn’t allow IntegriSource to be a staffing solution provider. Instead, it quickly narrowed the market we wanted to support and in doing so, it spawned the real question we were concerned about and that was “What do our clients want? That question is the one that drives our business.
Today, companies both large and small face recruiting and staffing issues. They need qualified resources to fill their critical needs as well as the permanent employees who are vital to their daily operations. Some companies fall between the two. They want the speed of bringing on a contract resource but want the option to hire them down the road to fill a permanent role in the company.
